Used items are provided with an agreed testing period confirmed at purchase. Any technical discrepancies during this period should be reported immediately to Shankar Mane for inspection or replacement.
Brand new packaged components (e.g. SSDs, RAM, Routers, Keyboards) carry official manufacturer warranties handled per the brand's authorized service terms.
Physical damage, liquid spillage, electrical surge, or tampering after handover are not eligible for return or exchange.
